Privacy, plainly.

We keep your name, email, phone and delivery address so we can make your salsa and hand it to you. We note which drops you ordered, what you ordered, and any jar credit you've earned.

We record the internet address an order came from. It's how we stop one person placing twenty "first orders" and eating a batch the neighbors wanted.

We don't sell or share the list with anyone. Emails come from us, about drops, and every one has an unsubscribe link. If you want your details deleted, email salsa.mania.nc@gmail.com and we'll do it that week.

No payment details are collected on this site; payment is arranged directly with us, upfront, before make day.
